Rhubarb Cake

This reminds me of a cake Elsie used to make. It is really good served with whipped topping.







Ingredients:

1/4 lb. butter, melted
5 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
2 c. miniature marshmallow
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 egg
Yellow cake mix


Directions: Put butter in large oblong pan, add rhubarb, add marshmallows. Mix Jello and sugar, sprinkle on pan ingredients. Mix water and egg with cake mix, pour over top of above. Bake 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes. May serve warm.
