Taco Salad













Ingredients:

1 head of lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 pound ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
2 medium tomatoes, diced
2 medium sweet onions, diced
8 oz. shredded yellow cheddar cheese
1 13-oz. bag of nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 dash of pepper

Preparation:

1. In a blender, mix vinegar, vegetable oil, ketchup, sugar, one diced onion, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

2. When mixture is smooth, pour into a sealable container and refrigerate for at least one hour
